Worst things about Yuba City nobody talks about

Random thought, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $72,322 in Yuba City. Rent is about $1,391/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Yuba City?

I've lived in South for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Decent public transit for the size
- The traffic scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
