First post here. Just moved here 12 months ago and Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Yucaipa sits at 370.6 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. What are your go-to spots? Thanks in advance! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
