Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $466,000 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
