Best neighborhoods in Yucaipa
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Cleveland and Crime rate is something to consider -Yucaipa sits at 370.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $466,000 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 54,348 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
