I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $466,000 on average. The median home value here is around $466,000, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? Thanks! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
