Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $1,661/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development.
