Is it worth buying in Yulee?

Hey folks, Been living here since 2015. Crime rate is something to consider -Yulee sits at 281.9 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 4 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into running, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
