Anyone work in healthcare in Yuma?

Just moved here 1 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,085 for rent here. Homes are going for about $209,100 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value school system, you'll love it. The pet-friendliness is genuinely challenging and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. My neighborhood (North) is affordable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Denver, be prepared for the culture shock. weather is completely different here. And Rising rent and home prices.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

I'm a contractor and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The nightlife is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is improving in most areas.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The community vibe is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
