Cheapest neighborhoods in Yuma?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,085 for rent here. Median household income is $62,546, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $209,100 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Pros:

- Good schools
- Lots of new development
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Limited cultural events
