Is Yuma walkable?

Hey folks, I'm originally from Miami and It's a a smaller city city with about 98,461 people. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. Rent is about $1,085/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 98,461, Yuma is a smaller city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
