Hi all, I work in energy and Household incomes average around $62,546 in Yuma. Poverty rate is 12.2%, which is around average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thanks in advance! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
