What I love about living in Yuma

I've been living in Yuma, AZ for 11 years now and honestly, there's a lot to love. The downtown area has been revitalized. Lots of local events and festivals. The community here is growing fast. If you're thinking about moving here, feel free to ask me anything.

If you can afford it, Cedar Hills is the best place to live. Period.

Check out the Eastside area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Eastside and Northside are perfectly safe.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.
