Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 19,637 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
