Anyone else feel this way? Military spouse here. Median household income is $39,085, which feels on the lower side for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
