Cheapest neighborhoods in Zellwood?

Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 2,484 people. Homes are going for about $157,600 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
