Curious what people think. My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 18,471 people. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Zephyrhills? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
