Zionsville in the winter -how bad?
Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,635/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Zionsville sits at 14.5 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,442 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
