Best Western Hotel	Employees have felt uneasy around the bottom floor rooms. EVP has been recorded and Photos have been taken in one of the rooms. Cold spots in the kitchen area of the room.
formerly Laguna Hills	Leisure World - Theater - Footsteps are heard in the booth by staff in the offices below, especially when there is no one in the building. Technicians have reported someone looking over their shoulders during shows. Opinion has it that this is 'Bud', a former printer who moved to Leisure World in the mid 60's and worked in the theater as its first tech.
