Oxnard	Oxnard draining ditch tunnel - When walking thru the tunnel a strange taping on the walls and then the sound of foot steps can be heard all around you. and a weird figure blocks the light at the end.
Oxnard	Santa Clara Cemetery - strange things can be seen behind the tombstones as if a man was trying to hide but then vanishes some times it feels as if he were holding you back and a chill is in the air. Some times a mist covers the area.
Performing Arts Center	In the dressing rooms of the theater the doors will not stay closed (over night) and the lights will not stay off so they don't bother turning them off anymore. Some have reported feeling coldness there and talking in the green room.
