Leo White housing Dec 9, 2025

I'm retired and Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
