Should I move to Alameda or stay in Albuquerque?

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $132,015 in Alameda. It's a a smaller city city with about 76,876 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Alameda? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
