Is Alameda getting better or worse?
Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 76,876, Alameda is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
