Hey folks, We're a young couple and It's a a mid-size city city with about 100K people. With a population of 100K, Albany is a mid-size city. Median household income is $59,485, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $223,000, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
