Cheapest neighborhoods in Albemarle?

Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 19 years and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 16,527 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Nashville it's hit or miss.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
