How much do you pay for rent in Alton?

So, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $99,500 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Alton sits at 1,016.7 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Nashville it's average.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The traffic is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
