Hi all, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 17.7%, which is higher than I expected. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Hey, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to.
