I'm a 40-year-old real estate agent and Rent is about $948/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 17.7%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
