Alright, With a population of 25,430, Alton is a smaller city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
