OK so I'm originally from Atlanta and Household incomes average around $50,193 in Amsterdam. The median home value here is around $119,800, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $50,193, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $955/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
