Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from San Francisco and Household incomes average around $119,419 in Ancient Oaks. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.
