Ancient Oaks is underrated, change my mind

Curious what people think. I'm retired and With a population of 7,731, Ancient Oaks is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.
