OK so Born and raised here. Rent is about $985/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
