Hi all, Just moved here 5 months ago and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

First post here. Been living here since 2020. Homes are going for about $272,000 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
