Alright, We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 18,951 people. Median household income is $80,585, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? Appreciate any input. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
