Just moved here 15 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Archer Lodge sits at 193.5 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,308 for rent here. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
