Moving to Archer Lodge for work -advice?

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Archer Lodge sits at 193.5 per 100K. Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
