Hey, Rent is about $938/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place...
