Alright, Just moved here 10 months ago and Rent is about $2,043/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
