Thinking about relocating to Arlington from Tampa

I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $2,043/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $141,440, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $2,043 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots?
