Hi all, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Arlington sits at 74.5 per 100K. Homes are going for about $885,000 on average. With a population of 46,015, Arlington is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
