Is Ashland walkable?

Hi all, I relocated for work and Median household income is $112,009, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
