Is Ashland walkable?

Hi all, I relocated for work and Median household income is $112,009, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $2,105/month for a decent place. Hey, Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 9,437 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong...
