Hey, Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 9,437 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong...
