Born and raised here. With a population of 17,919, Ashtabula is a small town. Rent is about $790/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 17,919 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA!
