Atlanta is underrated, change my mind

I keep seeing people overlook Atlanta when talking about great places to live. With a population of 499,287, it's big enough to have everything you need but small enough to feel like a community. The food scene is amazing. Weather is moderate — about 63F average.

If you can afford it, University District is the best place to live. Period.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Maple Heights. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.
