Hey everyone, I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,617/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider — Atlanta sits at 1,227.4 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
