Day-to-day life in Audubon, NJ

Rent is about $1,211/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $116,900 in Audubon. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
