What's it really like living in Audubon?

I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $116,900 in Audubon. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is underrated in most areas.

I work in tech here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is solid. Hope this helps!.
