Aventura quality of life -am I missing something?

Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $416,300 on average. With a population of 39,372, Aventura is a smaller city. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Thai places. it's been a really good experience overall.
