Random thought, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks!

I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $2,423/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
