Best companies to work for in Aventura?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Chicago and Median household income is $82,777, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $82,777 in Aventura. You can expect to pay around $2,423 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Aventura? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a physical therapist, 24, moved here 10 years ago from Salt Lake City. I've lived in South and West, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Four distinct seasons
2. Affordable housing options
3. Diverse dining options
4. The people are generally hit or miss - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Rising rent and home prices
2. Urban sprawl is real
3. The safety situation is stable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- South: Great for remote workers. decent vibes, walkable.
- West: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Salt Lake City, everything felt hit or miss. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are growing. Gas is stable. You can live comfortably on $60K-$130K here.

**Final verdict:**
Would recommend to anyone considering it.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.
